茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿黄疸50例临床观察

目的观察茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法收集2009年4月至2013年12月100例新生儿黄疸患儿的临床资料，随机分为2组，各50例。对照组给予蓝光治疗，并给予肝酶诱导剂；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄注射液1—2mL／kg，静脉滴注，1次／d，连续给药5d。对比2组的临床疗效、首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间、住院时间及胆红素水平。结果治疗组总有效率96．0％，对照组82．0％，2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短（P〈0．01）。随着治疗的进展，胆红素水平不断降低，治疗第3天、第5天，治疗组胆红素水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确定。

Clinical observation of 50 cases of neonatal jaundice treated with Yinzhihuang Injection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Injection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of neonatal jaundice were collected from 2009 April to 2013 December, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the blue light treatment and the liver enzyme inducer; the treatment group was addtional Yinzhihuang Injection 1 -2 mL/ kg, IV drip, 1 time/d, continuous administration of 5 d. Compare clinical efficacy between 2 groups, the first defecation time, jaundice time, blue light irradiation time, hospitalization time and bilirubin level. Results The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group, 82.0% in control group. The difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） ; in the first defecation time, time jaundice, Blue ray irradiation time, hospitalization time, the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of controls （P〈0.01）. With the progress of treatment, bilirubin level was lowered, for third days, fifth days, total bilirubin of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Yinzhihuang Injection has better effects in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
