吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合氨茶碱治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果

目的 观察吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合氨茶碱治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果.方法 将广东省东莞市人民医院诊治的80例老年支气管哮喘患者按随机数字表分为对照组与试验组,每组40例.对照组在支持治疗基础上给予2 mg吸入用布地奈德混悬液溶于5 ml的0.9％氯化钠注射液中雾化吸入,2次/d;试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予250 mg氨茶碱溶于100 ml 0.9％氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注,2次/d;均1周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程.对比分析2组患者的治疗效果.结果 试验组临床有效率为97.5％ （39/40）,对照组为87.5％ （35/40）,试验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.2组各出现2例不良反应,但程度较低,均可以忍受,2组不良反应发生率均为5.0％,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 使用吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合氨茶碱对老年支气管哮喘患者进行治疗,疗效满意,不良反应发生率较低.

Clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with aminophylline in treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To observe clinical effects of budesonide suspension for inhalation and aminophylline in treatment of senile bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty cases with bronchial asthma were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group ; each group had 40 cases.The control group was given 2 mg budesonide suspension for inhalation dissolved in 5 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection saline ; experimental group was given aminophylline 250 mg dissolved in 100 ml normal saline 0.9% sodium chloride injection based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results The effective rate in the experimental group （97.5%,39/40） was significantly higher than that in the control group（87.5%,35/40） （P 〈 0.05）.There were two cases in each group had adverse symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was 5.0% （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion The combined use of budesonide suspension for inhalation and aminophylline in treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma has excellent efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions.
