| 摘 要： | 目的观察止嗽散合二陈汤加减治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将80例2-7岁支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用止嗽散合二陈汤加减治疗。5 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论止嗽散合二陈汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎能有效地缩短病程,提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhisou Powder and Erchen Decoction in treating infantile bronchitis. Methods 80 cases of 2-7 years old children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group got conventional treatment,the treatment group was additionally treated with Zhisou Powder and Erchen Decoction,5 d for 1 course. After 1 course,the effect was statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 97. 5% in the treatment group,85. 0% in the control group,there was statistically significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zhisou Powder and Erchen Decoction can be used to treat bronchial pneumonia,effectively shorten the course of disease,improve the therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical application. |
