老年重型颅脑外伤患者的围术期护理

目的：探讨老年重型颅脑外伤患者有效的围术期护理措施,尤其是术后并发症的预防措施。方法：对50例老年重型颅脑外伤患者的围术期护理及并发症的防治进行回顾及总结。结果：本组治愈29例,死亡15例,致残6例,其中12例死于术后并发症。结论：老年重型颅脑外伤患者术后因多种原因易并发肺部感染、急性应激性溃疡及术后多发血肿而危及生命,必须提早预防。

Perioperative nursing of elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Objective：To study the effective perioperative nursing measures of elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury,particularly the prevention of postoperative complications.Methods：The perioperative nursing and prevention of complications of 50 elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury were reviewed and summarized.Results：29 cases were cured,15 died and 6 were disabled,12 cases died of postoperative complications.Conclusion：Elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury are prone for various reasons after pulmonary infection,acute emergency ulcer and postoperative hematoma and multiple life-threatening,thus it should be prevented in advance.
