| 摘 要： | 目的：检测巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF）在正常胃黏膜和胃癌组织中的表达,探讨MIF的表达与胃癌组织分级之间的相关性。方法：收集胃癌组织40例为实验组,正常胃黏膜20例为对照组,用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测两组组织MIF和MIF mRNA的表达,HE染色确定胃癌组织病理分级。结果：MIF和MIF mRNA在实验组中的表达明显高于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）;胃癌组织MIF和MIF mRNA的表达与组织病理分级无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：MIF作为一个细胞因子可能与胃癌的形成有一定的关系,而与组织病理分级无关。
