精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者血糖水平分析

目的探讨精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者的血糖代谢水平。方法对30例精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者与30例精神分裂症非迟发性运动障碍患者和30例性别、年龄与患者匹配的正常健康体检者的空腹血糖水平进行测定分析。结果精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者血糖水平均显著低于精神分裂症非迟发性运动障碍患者和正常对照组（t=9．859、9．879，P均〈0．01）；而精神分裂症非迟发性运动障碍患者与正常对照组比较无显著性差异（t＝0．031，P〉0．05）。结论精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者血糖水平显著降低，在临床治疗中应引起重视。

Blood glucose levels in schizophrenics with tardive dyskinesia

Objective To explore the metabolic levels of blood glucose in schizophrenics with tardive dyskinesia(TD).Methods Fasting blood-glucose levels were determined and analyzed in 30 TD shizophrenics,30 non-TD ones and 30 healthy adults matched gender and age.Results Fasting blood-glucose levels were significantly lower of TD shizophrenics than of both non-TD ones and normal control(both P<0.01);there was no significant difference between non-TD shizophrenics and normal control(P>0.05).Conclusion Blood glucose levels in schizophrenics with TD lower significantly and should be placed emphasis on clinically.
