| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆地区区县妇幼保健医院男性不育诊疗现状。方法举办男性不育诊疗培训班,采用问卷调查的方式,对重庆市40个区县,共39所区县妇幼保健医院进行全面调查。结果 39所区县妇幼保健医院中,共收回有效问卷37份,其中45.9%的医院具有男科医师,且均为门诊。在这部分医院中,94.1%的医院可以进行精液分析及生殖激素检查,而Y染色体微缺失、染色体核型分析以及睾丸穿刺等只在少数几家医院可以开展。药物选择上,中成药明显更受男科医师的偏爱。在目前没有男科医师的妇幼保健医院中,80.0%的医院有意向在以后的工作中开展男科相关工作。结论重庆市区县妇幼保健机构男科发展尚处于起步阶段,男科专业人员相对缺乏,诊疗手段有限,但医院普遍有进一步发展男科的需求和意愿,应加强基层妇幼保健机构男科队伍的建设。
