| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)的发病率与年龄相关,随着老龄人口的增加,老年ED患者也不断增多。目前仍未找到最适当的治疗方法治愈或阻止ED的发生发展。虽然老年性ED的基因治疗是一个新兴的热点,但是联合间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)移植更是对运用基因治疗ED的升华,本文将对各种基因联合间充质干细胞移植治疗老年性ED进行综述。
