| 摘 要： | 目的 对椎弓峡部裂在横断图像上的特征进行影像分析与鉴别,为临床正确诊断及鉴别诊断提供依据.方法 本院腰腿痛病人637例,行X线与CT检查.必要时可做椎弓头倾角扫描.结果 X线腰椎双斜位对于不伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓裂的阳性率约为0.62%,对于有椎体滑脱的椎弓崩裂阳性率约为2.66%.CT反角度扫描对于不伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓裂阳性率为10%,而伴有椎体滑脱的椎弓峡部裂阳性率为100%.结论 CT扫描是椎弓峡部裂诊断的一个可靠手段,它可以将峡部裂与椎小关节同时清晰地展示于一个层面,诊断及鉴别诊断更加明确.

| Abstract: | Objective To study and difference the axil image characters of spondylolysis from vertebral articulations is the purpose of this article. Methods 637 clinic patients who suffered from low back pain had vertebral X-ray and reverse gantry tilt CT picture taken. Results X-ray detected the spondylolysis with no spondylolisthesis was 0.62%, with spondylolithesis was 2.66%. CT found the spondylolysis with no spondylolisthesis was 10%, with Spondylolisthesis was 100%. Conclusion CT is a reliable method at diagnosis of spondylolysis, which can also protect the spondylolisthesis from spondylolysis in adolescent. |
