肿瘤坏死因子启动子基因多态性与哮喘的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子启动子(TNF-308)基因多态性与哮喘发病之间的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法研究了50例哮喘患者和80例健康对照者TNF-308等位基因和基因型的分布情况。结果:TNF-308等位基因在哮喘组和健康对照组之间的分布差异无显著性(χ2=0.047,P>0.05)。同时,TNF-308的3种基因型(GG、GA和AA)在哮喘组(45/50,5/50和0/50 )和健康对照组(71/80、9/80和0/80)的分布差异也无显著性(χ2=0.049,P>0.05)。结论:TNF-308基因多态性与哮喘发病无关联。

Abstract:Objective To detect the association between the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor promoter gene (TNF-308) and asthma. Methods The technique of polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to examine the allele frequencies of TNF-308 in 50 asthma patients and 80 normal controls. Results The allele frequency of TNF-308 gene was not significantly different between asthma group and normal control group (χ 2=0.047, P>0.05). Meanwhile, the frequencies of three genotypes (GG,GA and AA)of TNF-308 gene were not significantly different in asthma group (45/50, 5/50 and 0/50) and normal control group (71/80, 9/80 and 0/90)(χ 2=0.049,P>0.05). Conclusion There is not association between the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor promoter gene (TNF-308) and asthma.
