试论临床医学教育中加强职业道德教育的迫切性

本文论述了在临床医学教育中加强职业道德教育的迫切性,指出:临床医学教育的特点、当代医学的发展和社会的发展都要求加强职业道德教育;同时从执业医师资格问题,病人权益与医学生之间的矛盾问题,医学生职业道德的培养问题三方面分析了当前临床医学教育中职业道德教育面临的困难;最后对加强临床医学职业道德教育进行了思考,提出:职业道德教育应当贯穿于医学生培养全过程,临床医学教育中要重视职业道德的教育,临床医学的职业道德教育要与时俱进。

On imperative necessity for professional ethics education in clinical medical education

This paper illustrates the urgent needs to strengthen professional ethics education in clinical medical education in China. With the rapid development of medical sciences, the drastic changes of the society and the enhanced professionalism of clinical medicine, professional ethics in clinical medicine must be emphasized and given priority of attention. However, ethical education is facing much challenge because of physician qualification issues, conflict of interests between patients and medical students, and current curriculum design in medical education. The authors of this paper propose that professional ethics education should be integrated into the full course of medical education and taken into account of the changing social and political environment.
