青蒿琥酯早期预防性治疗日本血吸虫病家兔的肝脏病理变化

摘    要:兔于感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后第7d,开始喂青蒿琥酯,每wkl次,剂量分别为20mg/kg·次×4次(1组)和40mg/kg·次×6次(2组).于感染后12wk剖检:1组6只兔中有3只未检获虫体,此3只兔的肝脏肉眼直观和在切片中未见虫卵和虫卵性肉芽肿形成;另3只兔分别检获1—2对虫体,肝切片偶见少量虫卵和虫卵肉芽肿.2组6只兔中,仅1只检获3条(?)虫,未检获雌虫,故此6只兔的肝切片未见虫卵和虫卵肉芽肿.结果表明,兔于感染血吸虫尾蚴后,用青蒿琥酯作早期预防性治疗,可使宿主肝脏免受虫卵损害或轻微损害.

Abstract:Rabbits were infected with Schistosoma japonicurn cercariae,and after 7 d 6 rabbits were treated with artesunate 20 mg/kg once a wk for 4 wks,and another 6 rabbits were treated with artesunate 40 mg/kg once a wk for 6 wks. All rabbits were dissected 12 wks after infec-tion. In the group of 20 mg/kg dosage,no worm was found in 3 rabbits,and no egg or egg granuloma was observed in their liver sections. 1-2 pairs of worm were found in another 3 rabbits,and a few eggs or egg granuloma were also found in their liver sections. In the group of 40 mg/kg dosage,only 3 male worms were found in 1 rabbit,thus,no egg or egg granuloma was found in their liver sections. These data indicated that most or even all of the female worms could be killed by artesunate in the early stage of infection. This gave rise to slight liver damage or no obvious liver damage of the host.
