甲状腺显像及功能测定在亚急性甲状腺炎中的临床意义

［ 目的］ 了解亚急性甲状腺炎患者的形态学及功能上的变化，进行甲状腺显像及甲状腺激素测定．［ 方法］ 静脉注射９９ｍ Ｔｃ 高锝酸盐１８５ＭＢｑ 后３０ｍｉｎ 用单光子发射计算机体层摄影术进行甲状腺显像． 用放射免疫分析方法进行甲状腺激素测定．［ 结果］ 亚急性甲状腺炎患者在甲状腺显像中甲状腺受累的部位放射性分布明显下降，部分患者甲状腺激素增高．［ 结论］ 亚急性甲状腺炎患者的甲状腺显像与功能测定都有一定的变化，但甲状腺显像的灵敏度高于甲状腺激素测定．

Clinical importance of the thyroid developments and function assay on the subacute thyrioditis

OBJECTIVE To detect the functional and morphological changes of subacute thyroiditis by examining the thyroid development and functional assay in the patients.METHOD Thyroid developments were made by single photon mission computed tomography 30 min after intravenous injection of 185MBq of 99 mTc sodium pertechneate.The thyroid hormone was determined by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS In the thyriod developments for the subacute thyroiditis patients the radio distribution for the related position of thyroid related is evidently reduced, the thyroid hormone in some patients is increased.CONCLUSIONS There are some changes both in thyroid developments and functional detection and the former is more sensitive.
