| 摘 要： | 乳房再造是乳腺癌综合治疗的一部分.即刻乳房再造具有更好的美学效果,并且避免了患者二次手术的痛苦.由于对乳腺癌术后即刻乳房再造的适应证、肿瘤学安全性等问题心存疑虑,许多医生和患者尚未接受这一手术.本文从乳腺癌术后即刻乳房再造的适应证及其对乳腺癌术式的影响、对乳腺癌术后辅助治疗的影响、对肿瘤演变过程的影响以及对复发检查的影响几方面,将近几年的研究进展综述如下.

| Abstract: | Breast reconstruction should he regarded as an integrated part of breast caneer treatment. Immediate breast reeonstruetion has the advantages of a better cosmetic result and of avoiding the need for a second major surgical procedure. In this review, we discuss recent progress in immediate breast reconstruction, the influences on the methods of breast surgery, the adjuvant therapy after surgery, the carcinogenesis itself and the detection of recurrence. |
