| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体（ACA）、抗核抗体（ANA）和封闭抗体（BA）联合检测对复发性流产（RSA）的临床应用及意义。方法对67例RSA患者血清进行ACA、ANA和BA三种抗体的检测分析,20例正常孕妇作为对照组检测分析其血清ACA、ANA和BA。结果RSA组ACA阳性率为10.44%（7/67）,而对照组无一例阳性,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;RSA组ANA阳性率为43.3%（29/67）,较对照组1例阳性（5.0%）明显增高（P〈0.05）;RSA组BA总阴性率为89.6%（60/67）,比较对照组10例（50.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论ACA、ANA及BA均与RSA有关。对复发性流产患者适时联合检测ACA、ANA和BA,对于临床诊断和指导治疗都有重要应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application and clinical significance of co-determination of anticardiolipin antibody (ACA),anti-nuclear antibody (ANA),and blocking antibody (BA) in recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).Methods In this study,ACA,ANA and BA were detected in 67 RSA patients and 20 normal pregnant women.Results The positive rate of ACA was 10.44% (7/67) in RSA patients,but 0 in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of ANA was 43.3% (29/67) in RSA... |
