| 摘 要： | 目的：为了进一步提高对骨外滑膜肉瘤的认识和临床Ｘ线诊断水平。方法：作者总结了经手术病理证实的２２例骨外滑膜肉瘤的临床Ｘ线表现和临床治疗及预后资料。结果：２２例均可见软组织肿块，７例有骨改变。结论：本病Ｘ线表现无特征性，术前诊断很困难，必需临床和Ｘ线相结合，确诊还需要依靠病理

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve clinical and X-ray diagnosis as well as the knowlege of extraosseous synovial sarcoma.Methods:The clinical-X-ray findings,therapy and prognosis of 22 cases with extraosseous synovial sarcoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed.Results:All 22 cases presented soft tissue masses,7 cases presented bone change.Conclusion:The radiographic feature of synovial sarcomas are nonspecific so the accurate diagnosis is difficult and must combined with clinical data,The quantitative diagnosis of extraosseous synovial sarcoma is only made by pathology. |
