米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法对130例确诊为子宫肌瘤患者进行药物治疗，口服米非司酮12．5mg，1次／d，连服3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后均用彩色超声监测子宫及肌瘤大小，实验室查血尿常规、肝功能、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌激素（E2）、孕酮（P）、泌乳索（PRL）、雄激素（T）。结果104例患者在治疗期间均出现闭经，痛经和下腹坠胀感消失，贫血得以纠正。子宫及子宫肌瘤体积均明显缩小，缩小率分别为26．85％和45．68％（P〈0．01）。血FSH、LH、E2、P测定治疗后平均水平较用药前下降（P均〈0．01），其中以E2和P降最为显著。结论米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果好，不良反应少，是一种理想的药物治疗方法。

Clinical efficacy of Mifepristone on treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone on treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The 130 cases diagnosed with uterine fibroids patients were given drug treatment. They took 12. 5 mg Mifepristone by mouth every day, serving three months for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the size of uterine and uterine fibroids was monitored by color ultrasound and conventional laboratory investigated hematuria, liver function, follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （ LH）, estrogen （ E2 ）, progesterone（ P）, lactation-（PRL） and androgen（T）. Conclusion the effect of Mifepristone on treatment of uterine fibroids good. With fewer adverse reactions, it is an ideal drug treatment.
