尿激酶对突聋疗效观察

目的探讨尿激酶对突聋耳鸣的治疗效果.方法回顾性分析25例接受尿激酶溶栓治疗的突聋的临床资料.结果25例中,11例在起病7天内开始治疗,疗效优于7天后开始治疗组;25例中,14例当静滴尿激酶时有耳鸣改变,耳鸣改变组疗效优于耳鸣无改变组.结论尿激酶治疗突聋时的疗效与治疗开始时间和治疗中耳鸣是否改变有关,耳鸣改变可能是内耳微血栓溶解的表现.

Effects of urokinase on sudden deafness

Objective To study the effects of urokinase on sudden deafness. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation of 25 cases with sudden deafness with had been treated with urokinase was carried out. Results The effectiveness rate in the 11 cases who received therapy within 7 days was higher than other 14 cases who received therapy after 7 days of the onset of illness. During intravenous administration of urokinase, 14 cases experienced a change in tinnitus loudness. The tinnitus-changed group's effectiveness rate in is higher than the tinnitus-non-changed group. Conclusion The effects of urokinase on sudden deafness is relevant to the change in tinnitus loudness during the therapy period and the interval between the onset of sudden deafness and beginning therapy. The change in tinnitus loudness may perhaps be indicative of thrombolysis of embolism in the inner ear artery.
