| 摘 要： | 目的建立葛根芩连片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水(53∶47),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷在0.4μg~2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为97.65%,RSD为2.45%(n=5)。结论高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量简便易行、准确、重现性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Gegen Qinlian Tablets.METHODS A Kromasil C18 column was used(4.6mm×200mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-0.4% phosphoric acid water(53∶47).The flow rate was 1mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 278nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of Baicalin was linear in the range of 0.4～2μg with the average recovery rate 97.65%.RSD=2.45%(n=5).CONCLUSION HPLC method was easy and simple to operate with good reappearance.It can be used for quality control of Baicalin in Gegen Qinlian Tablets. |
