摘    要:目的改进兔VX2肝癌模型制作方法,研究其血管造影方法及腹腔动脉血管解剖特点。方法对45只新西兰大白兔在CT定位下经皮穿刺肝左叶后注入VX2瘤块制作兔VX2肝癌模型,植入2周后穿刺股动脉行腹腔干-肝动脉造影。结果 42只兔建模成功,肿瘤接种成功率为93.33%(42/45);血管造影可清楚显示腹腔干动脉各分支情况,肝内肿瘤血供丰富。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺注射VX2瘤块法建模成功率较高。兔VX2肝癌为富血供型肿瘤,血管造影可准确显示肿瘤及其血供,有助于肝动脉途径介入实验研究。

Abstract:Objective To improve the method of establishment of rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor, and to observe its angiographic method and anatomy features of celiac artery. Methods Pieces of VX2 tumor tissue were implanted into the left lobe of the rabbit liver via percutaneous puncture under CT guidance in 45 New Zealand white rabbits. Angiogrphy of celiac artery-hepatic arery via femoral artery was performed two weeks later. Results Establishment of rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor were successsful in 42 rabbits (93.33%, 42/45). Angiography clearly showed the situation of celiac artery branches, and the abundant blood supply of intrahepatic tumor. Conclusion The success rate of establish rabbit model bearing VX2 liver tumor guided with CT is high. Angiography can show the tumor and abundant vascularity, being helpful to experimental research of transhepatic arterial interventional treatment of the rabbit VX2 liver tumor.
