| 摘 要： | 目的对胃癌手术的围手术期护理的经验及操作要点进行分析。方法对2000年6月至2008年6月的89例胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组无死亡病例,发生吻合VI瘘1例,切口感染3例,肠梗阻1例。上述病例经治疗,全部安全度过围手术期治愈出院。结论胃癌患者的围手术期护理是一项重要的工作,通过对患者的精心护理,可以促进患者顺利出院,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To gastric surgery perioperative nursing experience and operational points of a- nalysis. Methods From June 2000 - June 2008 89 in the clinical data of patients with gastric cancer were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results There were no deaths, anastomotic fistula in 1 case, wound infection in 3 cases, intestinal obstruction in 1 case. The cases were treated, all security through the perioperative period cured. Conclusion Gastric cancer patients with perioperative care is an important task, through the careful patient care, can promote the patient was discharged to reduce the incidence of complications, improve surgical success rate. |
