帕珠沙星治疗急性细菌感染的疗效观察

目的:评价帕珠沙星治疗急性细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法:将36例呼吸系统或泌尿系统感染患者随机分为A、B组,A组应用帕珠沙星300mg,静脉滴注,q12h;B组应用左氧氟沙星200mg,静脉滴注,q12h,疗程均为7d～14d。结果:A、B组临床有效率分别为77.8%、83.3%(P>0.05),2组细菌清除率均为100%。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:帕珠沙星治疗细菌所致的呼吸系统或泌尿系统感染疗效确切,且安全。

Observation of Curative Effect of Pazufloxacin in the Treatment of Acute Bacterial Infections

OBJECTIVE:To eveluate the curative effect and safety of pazufloxacin in the treatment of acute of acute bacterial infections,METHODS:36 patients with bacterial infections of respiratory system or urinary system were bacterial infections of respiratory system or urinary system were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.Group A were treated with pazufloxacin injection 300 mg,intravenous drip,q12h;Group B were treated with levofloxacin injection 200 mg,intravenous drip,q12h.The course of treatment for both groups was 7d-14d.RESULTS:The overall clinical effective rates of Group A and Group B were 77.8% and 83.3% respectively(P>0.05);the bacterial clearance rates of the 2 group were 100%.No adverse effects were found in both groups.CONCLUSION:Pazufloxacin injection was effective and safe in the treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory system or urinary system
