临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用研究

目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑出血急性期护理中的作用。方法:选择住院的123例脑出血患者,随机分为两组。观察组67例采用制订好的临床护理路径进行护理,对照组66例采用传统的护理方法。比较两组患者的Barthel指数、并发症发生率,医疗费用及患者满意度有无差异。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者Barthel指数,并发症的发生率显著减少,医疗费用显著减少,患者满意度虽有提高,但两组差异无显著性。结论:临床护理路径在脑出血急性期中的应用,提高了护理质量。

The Application Research of Clinic Nursing Paths on Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing paths on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Using random sampling method,the patients with cerebral hemorrhage in hospital were divided into two groups.The normal nursing methods were used in the 66 patients of comparing group and the clinical nursing paths were used in 67 of the experimental group.The Barthel index,FAM degree,medical cost,the occurring rate of complications and the degree of satisfaction were observed in each group and the differences were compared.Results In the experimental group,Barthel index and FAM degree were higher,but the medical cost and the occurring rate of complications were less than that in the comparing group. While the patients were more satisfied with the nursing of the experimental group,there was no significance difference between the two groups.Conclusion Using the clinical nursing paths in cerebral hemorrhage,the nursing quality could be improved.
