血脂、胆红素、尿酸与冠心病的关系探讨

目的:探讨血清血脂、胆红素、尿酸水平在冠心病发生、发展中的作用。方法:随机抽取90例冠心病患者和65例健康者进行血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、间接胆红素(IBiL)及尿酸(UA)水平检测与对比分析。结果:冠心病组病人TG、TC、LDL-C、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C及UA显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、TBiL及IBiL明显降低(P<0.01),且与冠脉病变程度相关;但DBiL水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:血脂异常、尿酸升高和胆红素水平降低与冠心病密切相关。早期干预有可能预防心血管事件的发生。

The Relationship between Serum Lipid,Bilirubin,Uric Acid and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the change of serum lipid,bilirubin and uric acid and its possible role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:90 cases of CHD patients and 65 cases of healthy controls were randomly chosen for observation and comparison of the levels of serum triglyeride(TG),total cholestrol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholestrol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholestrol(LDL-C),total bilirubin(TBiL),direct bilirubin(DBiL),indirect bilirubin(IBiL) and uric acid(UA).Results:The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and UA increased more significantly in CHD group than that in control group(P<0.01),but HDL-C,TBiL and IBiL concentrations reduced in CHD group more markedly than that in control group(P<0.01).These were related with the crown arteries pathological change degree.There was little difference in DBiL of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The prevalance of lipidemia,the increase of UA and the reduce of bilirubin concentrations are closely correlated to CHD.It is possible to prevent the cardiovascular event by way of early intervention.
