眼化学烧伤的临床救治及护理分析

摘    要:目的对眼化学烧伤的临床救治及采取的护理措施进行分析探讨。方法选取40例眼化学烧伤病人,对其进行有效的临床救治并采取特殊积极的临床护理。结果 40例患者(72只眼)经过临床治疗及特殊的精细护理后,有10只眼仍有眼睑外翻症状,6只眼有角膜增生,2只眼有白色浑浊现象。40例患者治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。40例患者(72只眼)经过临床治疗及特殊的精细护理后,患者的37只眼治愈;26只眼患者有效;9只眼患者无效。总有效率为87.5%。结论及时治疗,精细护理,对眼化学烧伤的患者有很好的临床疗效,临床效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To ocular chemical burns of the clinical treatment and the corresponding nursing measures were analyzed. Methods Choose 40 cases of ocular chemical burn patient, carries on the effective clinical treatment and take special positive clinical nursing. Results 40 patients (72 eyes ) after clinical treatment and special fine after care, have 10 eyes still ectropion symptoms, 6 eyes with corneal hyperplasia, 2 eyes with white turbidity. 40 patients had significant differences before and after treatment, with comparable (P0.05 ). In 40 patients(72 eyes ) after clinical treatment and special fine after care, patients 37 eyes bed symptom relief, the vision to be restored, corrected visual acuity of 1 above, considered cured; 26 eye patients have reduced, visual acuity recovered, still need to continue medication, corrected visual acuity did not reach the 1, considered valid; in 9 cases the clinical symptoms of the patients with no loss, vision was not restored, still need to continue treatment, regarded as invalid. The total efficiency of 87.5%. Conclusion Prompt treatment of ocular chemical burn, careful nursing, the patients had good clinical efficacy, clinical effect.
