| 摘 要： | 目的观察NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与毒性。方法应用长春瑞滨25mg／m^2静脉点滴，第1，8天，DDP80～100mg／m^2静脉点滴，第1，2天。结果38例无CR，PR16例，NC16例，PD6例，总有效率42．1％。结论长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC有效率高，毒副反应能耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and toxicity of treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with NVB and DDP. Methods NVB 25 mg/m^2 in the 1st day and 8th day, and DDP 80 - 100 mg/m^2 in two days were given. Results There were 0 CR, 16 PR, 16 NC and 6 PD in the 38 patients. The response rate was 42.1%. Conclusion Treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with NVB and DDP was efficient and the toxicity was able to be tolerable. |
