| 摘 要： | 检测112例不同病期的流行性出血热患者的血浆纤维连结素,以46例正常献血员为对照。血浆纤维连结素在发热期及低血压休克期含量降低(P<0.01),少尿期含量升高(P<0.01),多尿期及恢复期恢复至正常人水平。少尿期及多尿期血浆纤维连结素含量显著增高的患者的病死率较高。

| Abstract: | Plasma fibronectin (FN) content in 112 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever was compared with that of 46 blood donors as control. The FN lever decreased markedly in the febrile stage and the hypotensive stage (p < 0.01), increased in the oliguric stage (p < 0.01), and recovered in the polyuric and convalescent stages.The mechanism and clinical significance of FN changes were discussed.The case mortality was increased in those patients with high FN lever in the Oliguric and polyuric stages. |
