| 摘 要： | 构建社会医疗保险制度改革评估指标体系,并运用层次分析法和熵技术支持的权系数赋值方法,对构建的社会医疗保险制度评价指标体系进行了评估,定量分析了我国目前医疗保险制度改革的现况。

| Abstract: | This paper constructs a multi layer,multi objective comprehensiv e evaluation indictor system to asses the social health insurance in China,It is also a basic framework and method for this evaluation.The system consists of we ighted coefficient values for indicators based on an entropy technique using the hierarchy analysis methods.and applied to social health insurance as an example. |
