综合医院感染科与内科护士职业性医院感染知识-态度-行为的调查

目的 探讨综合性医院感染科护士职业性医院感染知识-态度-行为等现状,针对所存在的问题提出相应对策.方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查60名综合性医院感染科护士职业性医院感染知识-态度-行为的调查并与60名普通内科护士的情况进行比较分析.结果 两组护士乙肝两对半结果(P=0.00)与乙肝疫苗接种情况(P=0.03)的差异有统计学意义,对职业性医院感染知识的认知,感染科组得分(28.32±1.07)分,内科组(27.80±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02);对医院感染管理态度得分,感染科组(30.13±2.60)分,内科组(31.43±3.32)分,P＜0.01;在职业性防护行为与实践的评价中,感染科组得分(32.92±1.64)分,内科组(33.32±1.92)分,P=0.222.结论 感染科护士对自身乙肝两对半结果的认识、职业性医院感染知识优于对照组.对照组对医院感染职业防护相关知识培训的认同高于感染科组.

A KAP survey toward occupational nosocomial infection of nursing staff work in infectious department of general hospital

Objective To know and compare about the knowledge, attitude, behavior and prac.tice toward occupational nosocomial infection of nursing staff work in Department of Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, put forward corresponding strategies aiming at existed problems. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was surveyed on 120 nurses in Department of Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. Results There was significant difference in the two groups of nurses in the results of two pairs of semi - HBV ( P = 0. 03 ) . The total score of knowledge of nosocomial infection of infectious group was 28. 32± 1.07, medical group was 27. 80 ± 1.3, P = 0. 02; Medical group 'score of attitude was higher than that of infectious group. Conclusions The infectious group is better in the results of two pairs of semi -HBV, knowledge of nosocomial infection. To heighten awareness of occupational protection, change the bad behavior ensure occupational safety and nursing staff, the manager of hospital must meet the professional knowledge and training needs of them.
