摘    要:
本文以鸡红细胞为靶细胞,采用~(51)Cr释放法,检测正常成年人外周血单个核细胞的ADCC活性,并研究干扰素对这一活性的调节作用。发现Namalva细胞干扰素对正常成年人ADCC 活性有明显促进作用,其促进幅度依赖于所用干扰素的剂量和处理时间,抗人 IFN-α可抑制该促进作用。人白细胞干扰素亦能明显促进正常人ADCC活性,而鼠干扰素对人 ADCC活性则无明显促进作用。


THE EFFECT OF IFN-α ON HUMAN PBMC-ADCC ACTIVITY IN VITRO
Abstract:
The ADCC activity in normal adults was examined in 51Cr release assay using antibody-coated chick erythrocytes as target cells and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) as effector cells, and the effect of IFN-α on the PBMC-ADCC activity was studied. It was found that the Namalva cell IFN enhanced the PBMC-ADCO activity. The magnitude of the enhancement was associated with the amount of IFN and the length of treatment. The anti-HuIFN- antiserum depressed the enhancement. Human leukocyte IFN had the same enhanced effect as Namalva cell IFN, while mouse IFN showed less affect.
