| Abstract: | Calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)is a kind of multi-peptide with vasodilator activity expressed by calcitonin gene. It is widely scattered over the nervous system and the cardiovascular system. CGRP has strong vasodilator and lower blood pressure action and positive inotropic action, and thereby it has important significance in the development,prevent and treatment of coronary heart disease,hypertension,heart failure,arrhythmia etc,and the development of relative medicine. |
