涡轮机磨切在阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨涡轮机磨切在阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术的临床应用价值。方法:把来我院就诊的下颌第三磨牙阻生患者共204例,分为:涡轮机磨切拔除组共102例,常规器械拔除组共102例,术后随访,对比两组间拔牙时间、拔牙术后局部肿痛差异,并对两组间差异进行统计分析。结果:涡轮机磨切拔除组拔牙时间平均为15.3分钟、常规器械拔除组拔牙时间平均为31.2分钟,两组间差异显著(P〈0.01)涡轮机磨切拔除组拔牙术后局部肿痛发生率为16.7%,常规器械拔除组拔牙术后局部肿痛发生率为48%,两组间差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论:采用涡轮机磨切拔除阻生下颌第三磨牙较常规器械:手术时间短,且拔牙术后局部肿痛发生率低,临床操作简单,值得推广。
