子宫肉瘤病例及文献复习

子宫肉瘤是临床上十分少见的恶性肿瘤，其临床表现不尽相同，且缺乏特异的肿瘤指标和检查方法。对于短时间内肿瘤增长迅速和（或）阴道出血及排液的患者，术前诊刮和超声血流信号的检查会对诊断有所帮助。腹腔镜下子宫肉瘤的旋切会影响肿瘤的分期，术中应反复冲洗，减少肿瘤的播散，术中未明确诊断者应尽早进行二次手术病理分期。子宫肉瘤的治疗应该建立在规范的手术病理分期基础之上。

Two cases of uterine sarcoma and literatures review

Uterine sarcoma is a very rare malignant tumor in clinics. Its clinical manifestations are different, with lack of specific tumor targets and examination methods. For the patients who have rapid tumor growth in short time and （or） vaginal bleeding and liquid discharging, preoperative diagnostic curettage and ultrasound examination of blood flow signals would be helpful to diagnose. Laparoscopic rotary cut of uterine sarcoma affects tumor staging. Operative field should be washed repeatedly on the surgery in order to reduce the tumor spread. Patients who are not diagnosed with the surgery should do the secondary surgical pathological staging as early as possible. The treatment of uterine sarcomas should be based on standardized surgical pathological staging.
