沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化北桑寄生提取物初步研究

摘    要:目的 观察沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化北桑寄生提取物转化前后化学成分的变化及化学成分随培养时间变化的特点。方法 将北桑寄生提取物与沼泽红假单胞菌共同培养,然后利用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)分析经过沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化后北桑寄生化学成分的变化。结果 经沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化后北桑寄生提取物的化学成分发生了很大变化。总的规律为转化液上清液中成分减少,沉淀中成分增加,生成了至少4种新的代谢产物,并且成分随培养时间的变化而变化,20 d时基本达到稳定。结论 沼泽红假单胞菌可以对北桑寄生提取物中成分进行生物转化,转化规律为水溶性化合物(转化液上清液中成分)转化为脂溶性化合物(转化液沉淀中成分),为沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化北桑寄生的的进一步研究提供参考。

Biotransformation research of Loranthus tanakae extract by Rhodopseudanonas palustris

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of chemical component of Loranthus tanakae extract before and after biotransformation by Rhodopseudanonas palustris and the characterittics of its changing along with culture time. Methods Loranthus tanakae extract and Rhodopseudanonas palustris were cultured together, and then the changes of chemical component of Loranthus tanakae after biotransformation by Rhodopseudanonas palustris were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The chemical components of Loranthus tanakae extract changed greatly after biotransformation by Rhodopseudanonas palustris. The general rule was that the composition in supernatant of conversion liquid reduced; the composition in precipitation of conversion liquid increased; four new metabolic products at least appeared, and its components changed along with the culture time and basically achieved stability at 20-day. Conclusions The Rhodopseudanonas palustris can conduct biotransformation to the components of Loranthus tanakae extract. The law of transformation is that water soluble compounds (supernatant composition in conversion liquid)are transformed into fat soluble compounds (precipitation composition in conversion liquid). This biotransformation lays a foundation for further research on the biotransformation of Loranthus tanakae by Rhodopseudanonas palustris.
