| 摘 要： | 目的应用高分辨率彩色多普勒起声诊断仪（彩超）检测血管内皮功能，探讨血管内皮功能与肥胖的关系。方法应用彩超检测血管内皮功能。测量并计算体重指数、腰臀比。结果肥胖及超重组血管内皮功能低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论肥胖与血管内皮功能有关；应用高分辨率彩超检测肥胖人群血管内皮功能的方法简单准确，临床易于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the vascular endothelial function and obesity, measured by color Doppler ultrasonograph. Methods The vascular endothelial function was measured by color Doppler ultrasonograph. The body mass index(BMI) and waist hip ratio(WHR) were measured and calculated. Results In the cases with vascular endothelial dysfunction(VEDF),the level of BMI and WHR were significantly higher than those with normal ones. Conclusion BMI and WHR are closely related to vascular endothelial function, and may play important roles in the pathogenesis of VEDF; Measuring vascular endothelial function of obesity subjects by ultrasonograph is a simple, precise method and can be apply to clinical practice easily. |
