老年冠心病患者血清总胆红素与冠状动脉狭窄相关性研究

目的探讨老年冠心病血清胆红素浓度与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法符合条件的168例老年（年龄〉65岁）患者做选择性冠状动脉造影检查或冠状动脉CT造影。根据狭窄程度分为3组：A组64例,血管狭窄程度〈25%;B组38例,狭窄程度25%～49%。C组66例,至少一支血管狭窄〉50%。采空腹时静脉血测定血清总胆红素浓度并进行比较。结果A组血清总胆红素高于B组和C组（P〈0.05）,而B组及C组之间血清总胆红素浓度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。C组中单支病变与双支病变、单支病变与三支及以上病变的总胆红素浓度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。血清总胆红素浓度越低者,冠状动脉狭窄程度越重。结论血清总胆红素有防止冠状动脉硬化的作用,老年冠心病患者血清总胆红素浓度与冠状动脉狭窄程度有明显的负相关。

Correlation between total serum bilirubin concentration and coronary sterosis degree in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between total serum bilirubin concentration and coronary sterosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 168 patients who bad received selective coronary angiography were divided into 3 groups according to the coronary sterosis degree. Group A （ n = 64 ） , all vessels stenosis degree 〈 25 % ; group B （ n = 38 ） , vessel stenosis degree between 25 % - 49% ; group C （ n = 66 ） , at least one vessel stenosis degree 〉 50%. Their serum total bilimbin concentrations were measured and compared. Results The serum bilimbin concentration in group A was significant higher than that of group B and group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. While there was no significant difference between group B and group C. There were significant differencec between Ⅰ and Ⅱ , Ⅰ and Ⅲ in group C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The lower the serum total bilirubin concentration, the severe the coronary sterosis degree. Conclusion The serum total bilimbin has the protective effect on coronary atherogenesis. The total serum bilirubin concentration is negatively related with coronary sterosis degree in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
