| 摘 要： | 文中报道股骨转子间骨折内固定182例,平均年龄61.5岁.术后平均随访28个月.按黄公怡疗效评定标准本组中优157例(86.2%)、良15例(8.2%)、差10例(5.6%).并发症有髋内翻10例(5.6%),内固定物意外14例(7.7%).结果表明内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折,具有恢复快,功能恢复理想,并发症少等优点.本文探讨了手术操作要点及主要并发症的发生原因,强调术前骨牵引和复位质量的重要性.

| Abstract: | We have treated 182 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femurusing. The average age of the patients was 61 .5. The average follow-up period was 28 months. The patients were evaluated with Huang Gongyi's method. The results in 157 cases(86.2%) were excellent; 15 cases(8.2%) good and 10 cases(5.6%) poor. It was found that the complications were mainly coxa vara. We believe that internal fixation is an appopriate method for intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. |
