更昔洛韦(丽科伟)治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床观察

目的 :观察更昔洛韦 (丽科伟 )治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 :对 114例秋季腹泻患儿随机分成两组 ,治疗组用更昔洛韦 (丽科伟 )每日 5mg/kg～ 10mg/kg,每日 1次缓慢静脉点滴 ,每次静滴时间 >1h ,采用临床症状、体征评分法。结果 :治疗组总评分显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组有效率显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :更昔洛韦治疗秋季腹泻临床疗效明显。

Clinic Observation of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea Treated by Licowe

Purpose To observe the curative effect of Licowe to infantile diarrhea. Methods 114 cases infantile diarrhea were divided into two groups randomly. In the study group, Licowe were used at the dosage of 5 mg/kg.d～10 mg/kg.d by intravenous infusion. The symptoms and signs were collected for scoring. Results The total score were decreased and the effective rate was increased obviously (P<0.01 and 0.05 ). Conclusion Licowe has a good curative effect to infantile autumn diarrhea.
