| 摘 要： | 目的了解宁夏2000-2005年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例及其他健康人群肠道病毒病原学监测结果。方法对采集的粪便标本利用L20B及RD细胞进行病毒分离,阳性标本用脊灰标准诊断血清定型。结果AFP病例及其他健康人群脊灰病毒(PV)分离率分别为8.33%和1.61%,非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)分离率分别为13.33%和15.20%。结论我区AFP病例的病原学监测结果运行良好。在所有人群中分离到的23例PV株经国家脊灰实验室进行型内鉴定均为疫苗株,表明我区未发现脊灰野毒株和疫苗衍生株病例。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate results of pathogen surveilance for enterovirus in AFP cases and healthy people.Methods Stool samples were colleted for isolating virus on both L20B cell and RD cell.The positive samples were done neutralization test.Results Polio virus isolating rate of AFP cases and healthy people was 8.33% and 1.61%.Non-poliomyelitis enterovirus isolating rate of AFP cases and healthy people was 13.31% and 15.28%.Conclusion The pathogen surveillance for AFP cases in Ningxia operated well.23 strains of polio virus isolated in all crowds were sent to the national lab and tested intratypic indentification.All is vaccion strain.That express no wild polio virus and vaccine-like virus was found in Ningxia. |
