社区综合护理干预对老年高血压患者疾病认知度和知晓率的影响

目的 探讨社区综合护理干预对老年高血压患者疾病认识度和知晓率的影响。方法 采取社区健康教育的干预方法,由本科以上学历和丰富临床经验的注册护士承担,定期对社区高血压患者,进行健康教育培训以增加患者对高血压知识的认知度和知晓率,包括高血压知识的宣教、高血压饮食、适量运动、合理用药、血压自测。综合护理干预12个月后通过发放问卷的形式对两组患者进行高血压的认知度和知晓率比较。结果 社区综合护理干预明显提高了老年高血压患者疾病的知晓率,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),干预组在整个干预期积极配合社区护理工作,高血压健康知识的认知度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 社区综合护理干预,有利于提高社区老年高血压患者疾病知识认知度和知晓率,改善患者健康行为,提高患者生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Effect of comprehensive community nursing intervention on disease cognition and awareness rates of the elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive community nursing intervention on disease cognition and awareness rates of the elderly patients with hypertension.Methods By adopting community health education intervention, the registered?nurses with bachelor or higher degrees and rich clinical experience regularly conducted community health education training for community patients with hypertension, in order to increase patients' cognition and awareness rates of hypertension knowledge.The health education training included hypertension education,hypertension diet,moderate exercise,rational drug use,self-test blood pressure.By distributing the questionnaire,the cognition and awareness rates of hypertension were compared between the two groups after 12 months of comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Comprehensive community nursing intervention significantly improved the awareness rate of hypertension in elderly patients. The difference was statistically significant?(P＜0.05).The cognition of hypertension health knowledge of the intervention group, which actively cooperated with community nursing work, was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant?(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive community nursing intervention can increase the disease cognition and awareness rates of the elderly patients with hypertension, improve their healthy behaviors and quality of life, and reduce complications.
