Clinical Observation of Hematopoietic Growth Factor and Caffeic Acid Tablet in Treatment of Patients with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Myelosuppression Period after the First Chemical Therapy

Objective To assess the effects of hematopoietic growth factor（HGF） and caffeic acid tablet on patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL） in myelosuppression period after the first chemical therapy.Methods Fifty ALL patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated by hematopoietic growth factor and oral administration of caffeic acid tablets,and the control group was treated by hematopoietic growth factor.Reaction and side-effects in the two groups were evaluated.Results The duration of the myelosuppression period,infection rate and bleeding rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The hematopoietic growth factor and caffeic acid tablet have good efficacy in the treatment of ALL patients in myelosuppression period after the first chemical therapy.
