心、肺源性呼吸心跳骤停心肺复苏成功与否之关键因素

[目的]分析心源性,肺源性呼吸心跳骤停的不同特点,探讨心,肺源性呼吸心跳骤停心肺复苏成功的关键因素。[方法]回顾分析5年来我科102例心脏原因和呼吸系统原因心跳呼吸骤停进行心肺复苏患者的心肺复苏情况及影响心肺复苏成功的因素。[结果]肺源性呼吸心跳骤停及时建立气道易于初级心肺复苏成功,心源性呼吸心跳骤停患者初级心肺复苏成功率低于肺源性呼吸心跳骤停,但最终成功率2者差异无统计学意义。[结论]肺源性心跳呼吸骤停患者心肺复苏成功率高于心源性,肺源性心跳呼吸骤停患者及时开通气道是心肺复苏的关键,而心源性呼吸心跳骤停患者心肺复苏成功与否主要由心脏本身病变决定。

KEY FACTORS OF CARDIO-PULMONARY RESUSCITATION FOR CARDIAC ARREST AND APNEA CAUSED BY HEART DISEASE OR PULMONARY DISEASE

Objective To analyze the different characteristics of cardiac arrest and apnea caused by heart disease or pulmonary disease, and explore the successful factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods The condition of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and the influence factors of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation of 102 cases of cardiac arrest and apnea caused by heart disease or pulmonary disease in the past five years were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patients with cardiac arrest and apnea caused by pulmonary disease performed airway rapidly were easier to be primary cardio-pulmonary resuscitation successfully.Conclusion The successful rate of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation with cardiac arrest and apnea caused by pulmonary disease was higher than that by heart disease.Opening the airway rapidly was the key factor of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation for patients with cardiac arrest and apnea caused by pulmonary disease.The key factor of cardio-pulmonary resusci-tation for patients with cardiac arrest and apnea caused by heart disease were decided by pathological changes of their heart.
