高频电刀联合PPH治疗重度混合痔

目的：探讨高频电刀联合吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的重度混合痔患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组（60例）和对照组（30例）。对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用高频电刀联合PPH治疗,并观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后尿潴留、肛门肿胀、便中带血、术后疼痛均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：高频电刀联合PPH治疗重度混合痔临床疗效显著,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment for severe mixed hemorrhoids by the high frequency electricity knife combined the PPH

Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the high frequency electricity knife combined procedure for prolapse hemorrhoids（PPH） in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods： The clinical data of the patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group（60 cases） and control group（30 cases） based on different treatment methods.In the control group,the patients were used the milligan-mor-gan hemorrhoidectomy and high frequency electricity knife combined PPH in the observation group,the clinical efficacy were compared in two groups.Results： There were significant differences on operation time,bleeding in the operation and hospital time in two groups（P〈0.05）,and also on the complication,ache after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the high frequency electricity knife combined the PPH in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is signifi-cant,fine prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
