斯皮仁诺治疗造血系统恶性疾病继发真菌感染患者的护理

总结斯皮仁诺治疗造血系统恶性疾病继发真菌感染患者的护理体会。68例造血系统恶性疾病患者继发真菌感染，符合经验性治疗、拟诊或确诊标准，给予斯皮仁诺静脉和口服治疗。在治疗过程中护士根据其药理特性给予用药护理，药物现用现配，用药间隔时间准确；注意配伍禁忌，斯皮仁诺极易与其他药液发生化学反应，静脉输入时使用单独的输液器，并且连接随包装附带配备的过滤器延长管，确保其不与任何药液混合；使用微量输液泵，准确控制输液速度；斯皮仁诺价格昂贵，充分利用药液，为患者拔针以后去掉头皮针将输液器中的药液倒入药杯中供患者含漱；配合制霉菌素等其他抗真菌药以预防或治疗口腔真菌感染，避免浪费；针对不良反应给予对症护理；通过密切观察症状及标本检验结果的变化观察其疗效；根据患者不同的心理状态给予心理护理。经过全面细致、准确到位的护理，经验性治疗病例有效率87％；拟诊病例有效率94％；确诊病例有效率95％。

The Curative Effect of Sporanox in the Treatment of Fungus Infections from Malignant Diseases in Hematopoietic System and the Nursing Experience

The authors summarize their experience in nursing the patients with fungus infections from malignant diseases in hematopoietic system treated with Sporanox. 68 patients with malignant diseases in hematopoietic system developed with secondary fungus infections, which accorded with the standard of empirical treatment, simulated diagnosis and affirmative diagnosis and were therefore treated with Sporanox. During treatment, medication nursing by nurses included on-the-spot preparation for right application, accurate intervals for medication, attaching importance to chemical incompatibility to ensure no mingling with other solutions, and controlling transfusion velocity accurately using micro transfusion pump. The Sporanox solution was made full use of because it was expensive; so the left solution in the transfusion apparatus after withdrawing the needle was poured out into a cup for the patients to wash mouth for the purpose of preventing or treating oral fungus infections. The adverse reactions were treated with pertinent nursing. The curative effect was evaluated by observing the symptoms and chemical examinations on the samples. The mental care was conducted based on their mental situation. As a result, the effective rates for empirical treatment, simulated diagnosis and affirmative diagnosis were 87%, 94% and 95%, respectively.
