摘    要:目的探讨阳离子脂质体介导绿色荧光蛋白质粒转染HepG2.2.15细胞的转染效率。方法以阳离子脂质体包裹绿色荧光蛋白质粒转染HepG2.2.15细胞,观察不同配比的脂质体与绿色荧光蛋白的转染率。结果对照组未见绿色荧光蛋白表达,各实验组HepG2.2.15细胞均可见绿色荧光蛋白表达,表达量随脂质体浓度增加而增加(P<0.05),最高转染率为23.22%。结论阳离子脂质体能有效地介导绿色荧光蛋白质粒转染HepG2.2.15细胞。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficiency of cationic lipsome-mediated green fluorescent protein delivery into HepG2.2.15 cells.Methods Green fluorescent protein wrapped by cationic lipsome was delivered into HepG2.2.15 cells.Under different ratios of different concentrations cationic lipsome to green fluorescent protein,the transfection rates were observed.Results No green fluorescent protein expressed in the control group.In each experimental group,the expression of green fluorescent protein were observed in HepG2.2.15 cells,the higher concentration that the cationic lipsome at,the more the expression of green fluorescent protein was(P<0.05).The highest transfection rate was 23.22%.Conclusion Cationic lipsome-mediated green fluorescent protein can efficiently deliver into HepG2.2.15 cells.
