丹红合并低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的观察

目的：观察丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法：选择本院不稳定型心绞痛患者94例,将其随机分为A、B两组,A组丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗,B组常规治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果：A组总有效率为97.9%,B组为85.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙的临床应用突显出其良好的药理作用,较好地降低了不稳定型心绞痛发生急性心肌梗死及猝死的概率,依据心电图诊断结果结合临床表现观察用药剂量,有效预防并避免了药物所致的不良反应,从而提高其治疗总有效率。

Observation and nursing of Danhong combined with low-molecular-weight heparins in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective：To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with low-molecular-weight heparins in treating unstable angina pectoris.Methods：Slected 94 cases of unstable angina pectoris, who were diveded into A and B group, A group were given Danhong injection and low-molecular-weight heparins,B group were given normol treatment.Results：The total effect of A group was 97.9%, the B group was 83.0%,the difference was significant （P0.05）.Conclution：Danhong combined with low-molecular-weight heparins has good effect.According to ECG and clinical observation, it effectivly prevents and avoids the adverse drug reactions,thereby enhances the total effective rate.
