肝片吸虫病药物治疗的研究进展

肝片吸虫是一种人畜共患的食源性寄生虫,主要寄生于哺乳动物的胆道中。肝片吸虫病多为散发,人感染该病的主要原因是误食了含有囊蚴的生菜或生水,感染后可引起肝脏损害、出血及肝实质变性,胆管增生或阻塞,虫体还可分泌具有溶血作用的毒素,对人体危害很大。目前,人畜感染该病后仍依赖于药物治疗,其治疗可追溯到20世纪60年代,但可用药物少且疗效有限,且药物也大多来源于兽药的转化。由于目前人体用药种类有限,耐药问题不断突出,近年来国内外也一直在研究兽药的人体转化、新型药物和新型给药方式。本文通过回顾国内外文献,综述了近10余年国内外对肝片吸虫病的药物治疗,并对这些药物的作用机制、疗效及优缺点进行了简述。

The research progress of drug treatment for Fasciola hepatica

Fasciola hepatica is a zoonotic food borne parasite. To mammals, it is mainly parasite in bile duct.The disease is mostly sporadic. The main reason of human infection is eating raw lettuce or water, which contains metacercaria.If people are infected with it, hepatic lesion, hepatorrhagia, liver parenchyma degeneration and bile duct hyperplasia or obstruction could be found. It also can produce toxins which havehemolytic function. So, it has great harm to humankind. At present, people and animals are still dependent on drug therapy after infection. Its treatment can be traced back to the 60s of last century.However, there are few available drugs after human infected in our country, and the curative effect is limited. Many drugs for human also come from the veterinary drugs conversion. At present, due to the limitation of the drug types for human, and the problem of drug resistance continue to emerge. Therefore, human transformation of veterinary drugs, new drugs and routes of medication have been studied both at home and abroad. This article summarizes the drug therapy for the disease and describes briefly the mechanisms, effects, advantages and disadvantages in recent ten years, by reviewing the literatures bothat home and abroad.
