| 摘 要： | 从李东垣《脾胃论》探讨消渴成病传变之机,应从脾胃升降失常及阴火上僭出发。消渴为膏粱之疾,脾胃不足而溢热内生所致,手足阳明燥热为标,脾胃中焦升降失机及阴火上越为本,二者共筑致病之因。本文以《脾胃论》为基础,认为治疗消渴病应以治脾胃为本,条畅中焦枢机的同时兼顾补益脾胃中的元气及以甘寒泻阴火。
