| 摘 要： | 目的观察多元化健康教育模式对老年卒中偏瘫患者的影响。方法将120例老年卒中偏瘫患者随机分为2组，多元化健康教育组60例予多元化健康教育，常规健康教育组60例子常规健康教育。比较2组护理前后Barthel指数评分、Vugl—Meyer运动功能评分变化。结果2组护理后Barthel指数评分、rugl—Meyer运动功能评分均较本组护理前升高（P〈0．05），且多元化健康教育组升高更明显（P〈0．05）。结论实施多元化健康教育模式使老年卒中偏瘫患者提高了疾病认知水平，改善了患者日常生活活动能力，增强了社会适应能力。 |

Influence of diversified health education model for the elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of diversified health education model for the elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 120 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in diversified health education group received diversified health education. 60 cases in routine health education group received routine health education. The changes of Barthel index score, Fugl - Meyer movement function score before and after nursing were compared. Results Barthel index score, Fugl - Meyer movement function score after nursing were increased as compared with those before nursing in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The increase in diversified health education group was more obvious （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of diversified health education mode improves the illness cognition level of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia, the patientsjdaily life activities ability and the social adaptation ability. |
