中西药合用治疗老年期抑郁症疗效分析

目的:观察中西药合用治疗老年期抑郁症的效果。方法:68例老年期抑郁症患者随机分为两组。中西药合用组服用自拟醒郁汤联合并艾司西酞普兰,西药组服用艾司西酞普兰,进行为期6周的治疗观察,于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6周末用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果:治疗6周末,中西药合用组HAMD评分减分率于与西药组比较有极显著性差异(P0.01)。中西药合用组愈显率87.50%,西药组愈显率64.52%,两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。失眠等副反应发生率西药组显著高于中西药合并组(P0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗老年期抑郁症疗效好、安全性高。

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Senile Depression Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective ：To study the efficacy of the traditional chinese medicine and western medictine in the treatment with senile depression. Methods：A total of 68 patients with senile depression were randomly assigned to the two groups： chinese -western medicine was given the soup of Xing- Shen and escitalopram. Westem medicine was given escitalopram, they were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Seale（HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and at the end of 1 st, 2nd,4th, sixth week after treatment. The study last for 6 weeks. Results ：There were significant on the decreasing rate of HAMD between the two groups at the end of sixth week after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of chinese - western medicine and western medicine were 87.50% and 64.52%. There were significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The side effect rate of insomnia was higher than that in the western medicine group. Conclusion ： Chinese - western medicine may be effective and safe in the treatment of senile depression.
